Meet with staff supervising your cases on a regular basis
Work directly with clients in a playful manner
Collect data on objectives for learners
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Strong verbal, listening, written communication skills
Demonstrate initiative, creativity and flexibility with the consumers and how the conditions for developing skills are arranged and rearranged
Experience working with children with autism or children who are developmentally delayed either through volunteer work, classroom experience or paid position.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn Applied Behavior Analysis methodology.
Ability to work within a team
Bachelor's Degree or two years experience in applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Child Development, Psychology, Education, Communicative Disorders, or related field.
Ability to travel up to 1/2 hour to different client/student locations.
